    • 5.1 We will provide access for you to obtain a refund for any crediton your event wristband or card. Please note the deadline for submittingrefunds will be as indicated on the Site.
    • 5.2 When you submit any refund application to us, you will bedirected to a payment service provider where you will be required toprovide personal information about yourself including your paymentinformation to process your refund. Please read the payment serviceprovider’s terms and conditions and any privacy policy carefullybefore using their website and read any instructions before you claimyour refund.     • 5.3 You will receive confirmation (if any) from the payment serviceprovider regarding any successful refund, and not from us. We shall notbe responsible for the actions or omissions of any payment serviceprovider.

  • 11. Limitation of our liability

    • 11.1 You acknowledge that the Site has not been developed to meetyour individual requirements. You agree not to use the Site for resalepurposes.
    • 11.2 We only supply the Services for domestic and private use. Youagree not to use the Services for any commercial, business or re-salepurpose, and we have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss ofbusiness, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.
